Wehrpflichtsdebatte
Am 20. Mai fand am Hans-Carossa-Gymnasium eine Podiumsdiskussion zur aktuellen Wehrpflichtdebatte statt. Von der Schülervertretung organisiert, diskutierten Thomas
Röwekamp, Simon-David Dreßler, Thomas Wiegold und Dr. Gregor Richter vor zahlreichen Schülerinnen und Schülern über die Frage, ob Deutschland wieder eine Wehrpflicht oder andere Formen eines verpflichtenden Dienstes braucht.
Ausgangspunkt war der neue Wehrdienst-Fragebogen, der junge Menschen dazu bringen soll, sich mit einem möglichen Dienst bei der Bundeswehr auseinanderzusetzen. Moderiert wurde die Diskussion von Johann Stein. Im Mittelpunkt standen Fragen nach Sicherheit, Freiwilligkeit, staatlicher Verantwortung und den Auswirkungen auf junge Menschen.
